Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on the RELAY online store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us
RELAY is an online clothing and footwear store based in Portugal. Our seller details are available on our Contact information page.

2. Orders
After you place an order, we'll email you an order confirmation. Your contract with us is formed when we send that confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery
Our products ship directly from our partner brands, so an order may arrive in more than one parcel. Shipping rates and details are in our Shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for any reason. The full conditions, including exceptions for hygiene items, are in our Return and refund policy.

6. Legal guarantee
All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021). If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll resolve it as the law provides.

7. Product information
We do our best to describe and show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product details are provided by our partner brands.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we'll do our best to fix it.
You can also submit a complaint through the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (Electronic Complaints Book) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In case of a dispute, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity: CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, www.cniacc.pt. More information is available on the Portal do Consumidor at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
