Shipping rates
- Portugal: €5.99, or free on orders of €45 or more
- International: €17
The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Where your order ships from
RELAY works with independent partner brands, and your items ship directly from them. If your order includes products from more than one brand, it may arrive in separate parcels, possibly on different days. You only pay shipping once, as shown at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If your order arrives in several parcels, you'll get tracking for each one.

Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the brand and the destination. Where available, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll help.

Orders outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duties and taxes. These are the recipient's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.
